Christian has praised policeman Jordan Sancho for the “amazing work” he has done at Borussia Dortmund and said his former club is collecting rewards for showing faith in the young man.
Sancho joined Dortmund as a 1-year-old from Manchester City in 2013, believing that moving to the Bundesliga would give him a clearer path to regular first-team football.
England’s international decision soon came to an end and for three years he was considered one of the most popular features in world football and gained links to several big clubs.
Police also made a name for themselves at Signal Iduna Park before joining Chelsea ahead of the 2012-20 season and are happy that Dortmund are embracing young talent.
“It’s really a big reason why I was drawn there when I was very young,” he told Sky Sports News. “I think they give junior players a chance and it’s a great club to go and improve.”

“Sancho was given a chance at a very high level and they show you right now that they believe in you and they are going to give all the players an equal chance.
“He’s done an amazing job since he came and has clearly shown what power he has.”
Police have endured a mixed debut campaign at Chelsea, boss Frank Lampard admitted in December, expecting to see “much more” from the reported ারের 58 million signature.
And the 21-year-old, whose last appearance came on New Year’s Day, admits there are aspects of his game that need to be improved.
“I want to learn to be more clinical in the face of goals to increase my numbers, achieve more goals and help,” Pulisic added.
“I want to be stronger on the ball, being able to hold the players and that’s two areas that I’m definitely working on.”
