Italian Football Federation (FIGC) president Gabriel Gravina confirmed that he welcomed Juventus’s premature move to Serie A.
The season has been postponed, and a troubling tension between the coronavirus epidemic for Scudetto has ended.
While leagues around the sports world seek solutions for ongoing promotions, a suggestion has been made to give top clubs a championship.
Juve, who won eight straight titles, would stand to gain in that situation, with Lazio, who finished in second place, had 11 games remaining with 12 games remaining.
However, in reports that Bianconeri would not be interested in accepting Scudetto by default, FIGC boss Gravina upheld their position.
“Only the FIGC can [award the title], “He told La Repubblica.
“However, Juventus’ position has been appreciated. Scudetto won on the field for me as well.”

Gravina encouraged negotiations to end the season rather than seek alternatives, saying FIFA had “cleared the way” by clearing the calendar in the coming months.
