In a video on YouTube, Akhtar called on the citizens of both nations to stay out of relations and help Pakistan recover from the crisis by playing ৪ 46 Tests and 300 ODIs for his country.
Sports Desk: He also commented on how the World Twenty20 will not be held, claiming that the ICC will not take the risk of conducting the tournament. Akhtar added that if they force the tournament to go ahead as planned by the organizers, it could file a “lawsuit”.
Adding to his position on staying out of the house, Akhtar claimed that he felt no cricket would be held in the next 6-4 months. However, he also mentioned that the Indo-Pakistan three-match ODI series could be held to raise funds.
Akhtar said, “Moriah’s time calls for a disappointing situation নয় These are not normal circumstances ODI can play anywhere in three ODIs. There is nobody who doesn’t want to see the series humanity. It can be a very big service to humanity.”
Former India captain Kapil Dev rejected the idea of Akhtar that India does not need fundraising at this time. The World Cup-winning captain added that instead of raising funds, the authorities must work together to control the virus.
The former pacer was the victim of social media trolling in response to Akhtar’s ventilators request and three-match ODI series.
