Dustin Johnson as well as Charity in the match, though world number one Rory McLaughlin is happy to be back in action.

McIlroy and Johnson defeated Ricky Fowler and Matthew Wolf in the TickerMed Driving Relief Skins match, raising more than 5 5.5 million for coronavirus relief.

But McLaughlin was so happy to be back to play that the PGA Tour season will resume next month.

“It was good, it felt good again. The players have only had nine weeks [Championship], It felt a lot longer than that, ”the Northern Irishman said via the PGA Tour.

“Obviously we had a very unprecedented time. We were feeling in and out of the week, so it felt good to be home for these few weeks and not feel that way back here.

“Different settings than what we used, but to get the competitive juices back, it felt good.”

McLarey has announced that he plans to return to the first three tournaments, starting the Charles Swab Challenge on June 11th.
