Nike launched Living Room Cup to inspire people to stay fit

Inspired by the millions of athletes who are sitting and training at home, the latest round of the Play Inside campaign has seen the Nike launch the Living Room Cup to inspire people to stay fit and active through many digital challenges.

Kicking-off with Cristiano Ronaldo on Sunday, every week the elite Nike athletes in the series will challenge the world by trying to defeat them by doing a specific task.

The first challenge – the final Abs workout – was shared on Cristiano Ronaldo’s Instagram account, where he gave his followers one week to challenge him before approaching the next athlete for a new challenge.

Touching his ridiculous 142 feet in 45 seconds will make it difficult for any athlete to hit.

To compete, complete the challenge and share it on your Instagram profile, using the #Plainside #TheLivingRoomUcup hashtags.

Workouts dedicated to providing competitive advantage of that particular week’s challenge can be found in the Nike Training Club app.
