The Tiger Woods and Python Manning charity match against Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady will be held May 24 at the Florida Medalist Golf Club.
The venue and date were confirmed Thursday as golfing and NFL giants fought to raise funds for the COVID-19 relief.
WarnerMedia and Golfers are donating 10 million for the purpose, a statement said Thursday.
Woods / Manning will face Mickelson / Brady in a matchplay with a four-ball format in the front nine and a modified alternate shot format in the back nine, an event approved by the PGA Tour.
“The Covid-19 epidemic has been an unimaginable tragedy and heartbreaking,” said Jeff Zucker, chairman of Warnermedia News and Sports.
“We are hopeful that this event and platform will help raise significant funds for COVID-19 relief, as well as provide a source of brief distraction and entertainment for all sports fans.”
