How much financial impact COVID-19 is expected to have on the football transfer market this summer is expected.
As a result, clubs will have to buy some bargains to get the most out of the money they decide to spend.
The result is that players who can be well-targeted are connected to teams that are destined for relegation. Of course, it will depend on how the 2019/20 league promotions end, but, for now, we will work under the assumption that the rest of Europe’s top five divisions will find a way to play.
So the teams that could eventually lose in the drop will probably be interested in selling some of their best players to make cash during this difficult period. And some real gems that are shining at the foot of the table at the moment.
Here, we look at the five most wanted players among relegation-threatened teams.
Jack Grellish | Aston Villa
As hard as this season has been for Aston Villa, it could have been significantly worse if it hadn’t been for Jack Grillish. The impact of their 24-year-old captain is such that how you’re fighting a battle to create the possibility of a workout, leave him alone with a chance to score if he’s removed from the equation.
Despite the lack of intense support around him, Gryllis still has seven goals and six assists in the league, while his 2.7 original passes per game are second only to Kevin de Bruyne. These figures represent the villains with at least survival shots, along with the star playmaker’s overall game.
Strongly connected – Manchester United
Interested – Everton
Manchester United endured a long spell this season during which their midfield was perfectly flat and free of creativity. Bruno Fernandez’s signature has begun to correct this, but the Red Devils seem determined to strengthen their options. Grillish guarantees possibilities and keeps his eye on the goal. He has fouled more fouls than any other England player and even shined in a lost team, proving to be a tough customer.
Sandro Tonali | Brescia
The range of his passes, fantastic vision and strategy are the obvious features that allow Sandro Tonali to develop as a deep lie playmaker. However, his strength in the subtle aspects of the position made him an efficient resist at only 19.
He was a pioneer in promoting Brescia from Serie B last season, showing intelligence, maturity and positional awareness beyond his years. Tonali has only improved the position, feeling completely comfortable against opponents in Serie A. He is proud of an impressive average of 2.1 key passes per game and has five assists to move forward with one goal.
Strongly connected – Inter Milan n
Also interested – Barcelona, Juventus, AC Milan
Branding ‘The New Pirlo’ is under a lot of pressure and scrutiny. However, this also means that Tonali is not a claimant. According to transfer expert Gianluca Di Margio, Inter Milan, Juventus and AC Milan are all interested in acquiring midfielders. Brescia will not receive less than 30 30m plus bonus, but with the start of a bidding war, Barcelona may also be interested in taking home fees above that amount.
Todd Cantwell | North City
Todd Cantwell’s game has an undisputed swagger that can be confident in its own power. The attacking midfielder not only replaced James Madison at Caro Road last season, he even picked up the No. 14 shirt from Norwich hero Wes Holahan, which was empty for a year after his departure.
He left as a new hero for the Canaries because he helped guide them to the Premier League where he was heading off with some outstanding performances. The six goals and two assists this season are not more than the 22-year-old deserves for his efforts but the amount of his talents is much higher than these figures. Cantwell is a technically talented player who makes them one level higher around him.
Liverpool – Strongly linked
Also interested – Tottenham
Liverpool have had the means to recruit in recent years. Even their decision not to take any big steps last summer has paid off as handsome. In terms of his strategy, skill and drive, Cantwell will be a great replacement for Adam Lallana, who is expected to leave Affield as soon as the contract expires in July. Tottenham have also kept tabs on him during the campaign.
Millet Rashika | Warder Bremen
Strong, incredible and a handful – that’s the Millet Rashika for short. Able to play anywhere across the forward line, he is simply unable to stand still. He runs relentlessly but he is equally significant and thoughtful, always planning his next steps to unlock the defense.
The low center of gravity and the sharp turns and explosions of acceleration make him a nightmare for defenders who always carry the risk of being a nutmeg if they face him. He uses the space wisely and makes great use of his link-up game.
Despite Warder Bremen playing perfectly to the left, he has seven top scorers in 20 Bundesliga appearances and still has four assists. Its 1 per game. The key pass and the 2.2 dribbles indicate its exciting overall performance.
Strongly associated with it – Arabic Leipzig
Also interested – Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool
RB Leipzig will be encouraged by his contribution to the signing of early runner and Julian Nagelsman off the ball. Jadon Sancho’s departure shows growing potential and Borussia Dortmund are keen to release Rashika, which could drop to নাম 38 million to 15 15 million if Bremen is released. Meanwhile, he could join Liverpool as a relief option for any one of the three.
Nathan Ake | Bournemouth
Bournemouth have not had a great season and Eddie Ho is facing challenges to maintain his management but despite the chaos, costly errors and tight security, Nathan Ake has become a beacon behind him. The 25-year-old has turned a good round center back and has proven a lot with a number of important interventions this season.
His ability to read danger was respected when he removed vital blocks and practiced key clearances. Ake is still able to hold on to the Premier League with a pass accuracy of 7.1 per cent which is the best among his teammates. He is also a threat in the opposition box and has two goals and a support in this position.
Strongly associated with it – Manchester City
Also interested – Chelsea, Arsenal
A center-back will be topping for Pep Guardiola. Manchester City failed to replace Vincent Kompany and were injured by Imeric Lapert. Ake has plenty of premier lead lineage and passing ranges to be a perfect fit for him to be able to manage as a temporary left-back while Benjamin Mendy is absent. Former employer Chelsea will value his inclusion in their inexperienced back-line, while Arsenal were desperate to give quality injections.
