Martin Cardetti says he would prefer Ronaldinho, a former Paris Saint-Germain teammate, to Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi.
Ronaldinho enjoyed a great career with Barাa, Brazil, Milan and PSG and won the 2005 Ballon d’Or, the World Cup, the Champions League and La Liga with other honors.
Messi – arguably the best footballer of all time – has claimed 10 La Liga crowns, four Champions League medals and a record six Ballon d’Or wins.
Before joining the Brazilian Barিয়ানa in 2003, Cardetti Krak, who played alongside Ronaldinho, told Deportivo: “For my team, I will choose Ronaldinho over Messi’s best.
“I’ve been with Ronaldinho for a year and he’s a different player, he’s got a touch of God.
“He always had fun; he always worked with the ball and he practiced a lot so he could replicate them in matches.”
As for Ronaldinho, Argentina’s Cardetti added: “You see him in training, in matches and every step he takes is different from everyone else,” he added.
“Players like him are rarely present and are remembered in their football history.
“I’m proud to be a teammate of this national player.”
