Former Inter and Barcelona striker Luis Suarez believes Lutero Martinez should be with the Giants at Serie A.
Martinez, 22, is reportedly chasing Bar্সa after scoring 1 goal in 31 games for Inter this season.
Suarez, winner of the Ballon d’Or in 1960, went the other way in his playing career, leaving Bar্সa at Inter in 19ca1.
The former Spanish international says he would have stayed in San Siro if he had been Martinez.
“If I had been his, I would not have changed the team,” he told La Gazeta dello Sport on Wednesday.
“It simply came to our notice then [Lionel] It would be easy to think about this when Messi called him.
“But we’re talking about a boy who is still very young, with all the time in his world to deal with other challenges in the future.”

Martinez can tie the knot with Messi again in Barcelona, this pair can play side by side for Argentina.
However, Suarez reminded Martinez exactly where he would stand if he decided to leave Inter.
“Let’s be honest, his name will be less in Spain than in Inter,” he said.
