An incredible chip shot of the 16th green in August helped Tiger Woods win a memorable Masters win on April 10, 2005.
Woods earned his fourth Masters title in dramatic fashion three years ago, though it is also a date in the sporting calendar that has produced some recent plays.
It will also go down in NBA history after the 2019 event, a Barcelona date that will not be remembered very well as they suffered a major Champions League shock two years ago.
We look back at the standout sporting moments of the year on April 10th.
2005 – Adds Woods to Masters Succession
Prior to his terrific win in 2019, Woods’ previous Masters success returned to 2005 এটি It then won four titles and nine crowns overall in August তারপরে Then, he sealed the victory as part of a dramatic final day against Chris DeMarco in the first extra hole of the playoffs. The third round saw the end of the previous rain delay. One memorable moment was a startling chip on the 16th that cleared him with two to play two shots, Woods described it as “one of the best shots I’ve ever hit.” Woods pitched the final two holes, returning only to the number one spot in the world with the first major since 2002, just to win in a sudden-death format. Five more big wins followed in 25, before waiting five years for his fifth Masters success, at 20 and 15th last year.

2005 – Vaughn makes history in the Premier League
James Vaughn is playing for Tranmere Rovers on loan from Bradford City, but he was in the Premier League talks 15 years ago. Then an Everton striker, who made his debut when he was 16 years 270 days old and scored three minutes in a 3–1 win at Crystal Palace in Goodison Park, became the young scorer of the competition. James Milner previously held the record and claimed it from Wayne Rooney, who made his progress with Everton, who liked Vaughn. Milner and Rooney both made the V-16 record as a 16-year-old kid in 2012, and the 16-year-old has yet to score a goal in the Premier League. However, he did not reach the expected heights of many after this breakthrough. Everton’s assistant Alan Irvine said: “Time will tell whether James Wayne is approaching Rooney or not, for all of us,” but he didn’t and the Toffees left permanently after four loan ministers.

2018 – Roma Stan Barcelona in the Champions League
Roma fans have voted for the Champions League turnaround against Barcelona as their match of the decade and it is easy to see why. Barcelona have already been seen as a heavyweight after being drawn into a tie as heavy favorites after beating Serie A 4-1 in Camp Nou in the Champions League quarter-finals. However, Roma returned to spectacular style to win 3-0 at the Stadio Olimpico. Just prior to Edin Dzeko’s first strike notice of Barca and a penalty from Daniel de Rossi, Roma were only one goal away from progress. The eight-minute Costas Manolas title proved to be decisive, and the full-time whistle sparked cheers and tears between players and fans. The Italians lost a thrilling semifinal to the final runners-up Liverpool .–6.

2019 – Dark Nowitzki plays the final NBA game
Dirk Nowitzki was the last player to miss the last game of his NBA career, but he finished with a great performance after scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds to finish his 21-season career. It was fitting to spend his entire career with the Dallas Mavericks that his last game came against the San Antonio Spurs, which led to multiple postseason battles against him, including the 2006 famous seven-game Western Conference Finals Series. His last home game has already taken place but Spurs fans have given him a casual ovation and constant stage of ‘MVP’ in his last matchup. “Everyone, players, fans, coaches and staff have been witness to history that he was playing his last game,” San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich said. “He played a great game, which was great. It’s not surprising” “
2019 – Dwyane Wade also says goodbye to the NBA
The Dwellers had only scored four triple-doubles in his final game despite his fourth NBA career on the Web, but he has spread everything that ended with his fifth season. His close friends LeBron James, Chris Paul and Carmelo Anthony kept an eye on when they were playing as a member of the Miami Heat against the Brooklyn Nets. Wade finished with 25 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists in a losing effort for 10 hits, with the net clock ticking as net fans gave him a standing ovation. He previously scored 30 points in the latest home game for the Heat, for which he won three NBA titles in the first spell with the team.
“We all started this journey together,” James said. “We have a brotherhood that is so much more than basketball. We can’t miss the last game of D-Wade.”
